        Objectives

        By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

        • Identify key elements and strategies for effective communication in various contexts within your doctoral journey.
        • Develop quick strategies to effectively deal with conflicts and address them in a constructive manner.
        • Have a clearer sense of how you are perceived by others and adjust your communication style accordingly to maximize impact.
        • Create a plan of action to navigate and manage challenging situations with colleagues and team members through friendly and respectful communication.
