This workshop targets advanced doctoral researchers.
Content
In this seminar, participants will learn the basics of leadership and goal-orientated communication with employees. The aim is to reflect on their own role, realise the associated requirements and find the optimal path to successful leadership through the use of different leadership styles. Practical exercises are used to discuss and jointly optimise everyday situations.
Content
The aim of the seminar is to provide new managers with a quick introduction to the topic of leadership.
