Objectives
Projects can be the main task in everyday work or they can run in addition to the daily routine. Participants learn to keep projects as "lean" as possible and to lead them efficiently to success. Therefore, it is necessary to commission, plan and implement them professionally and to ensure the success of the project in the long term. In the end, the optimisation of ongoing processes is mainly achieved through the integration of previously developed project results.
