Documents to be submitted for further funding (13th–24th month)

Before the end of the first year, the scholarship holder must submit an interim report on their doctoral project as well as an evaluation issued by the responsible supervisor of the doctoral thesis to the Central Grants Commission. If, on the basis of the interim report and the evaluation, timely progress of the doctoral thesis is not apparent, the scholarship may be revoked.

Call for Applications 2024

Application deadline is 19 April 2024, 1:00 pm at Albert-Ludwigs-University’s letterbox or the University‘s mailroom. Our receipt stamp is valid and not the date stamp of the post office! Applications submitted later will not be considered.

 

The following documents must be submitted:

 

I. One version as a PDF file by e-mail

and

II. One wet-inked signed printed version sent by post or submitted personally:

 

1. Short report on the progress you have made on your doctoral project

2. Brief statement on the report and the scholarship holder's achievements to date issued by the main supervisor
